Server Updates (Down Time)
There are server updates at various intervals throughout the year. Once a month for 15-30 minutes. Every 3-4 months for 1-3 hours. Once a year for 6-8 hours. The technical team and administrators goal is to run updates during non peak hours (around 3am), however sometimes if there is a technical issue that requires an urgent update it may be run during peak times.
One Device Per Subscription
In order to provide the highest quality and most reliable product in the market our service is limited to one device per subscription. This means we cannot provide access to multiple devices on a single subscription. The technology we use allows for much higher reliability/consistency and a strong picture quality than majority of the competitors in the market.
EPG/TV Guide - Not 100% Accurate
The TV Guide in IPTV is still a relatively new concept. As a result, it is not 100% efficient and some channels may display the incorrect content or "no information". The goal of the administrators is to keep this information as updated and accurate, however there are certain times/content where it may not be.
